Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the management of strategic analysis and positioning of the company’s marketing system, business structure, operation model, competitive strategy and implementation planning, etc.

2. Responsible forthe development of implementation direction and planning for marketing, branding, public relations activities and market cooperation; organize and supervise the implementation of the annual marketing plan.

3. Responsible for the brand promotion; organize activities and trade shows to improve corporate image, deliver company valuesand build brand awareness.

4. Responsible for market research, regular analysis of market dynamics, industry changes and competitors, to ensure the accurate positioning of corporate brand.



Qualifications

1. Less than 45 years old, master degree or above in biology or pharmacy majors are preferred; more than 5 years’ experience in marketing management.

2. Experience in CMC industry decomposition, strategic positioning, etc.; experience in providing systematic guidance on technology positioning, product packaging, price system, etc.

3. Familiar with SEO and different marketing tools; good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate with foreign customers without obstacles; good at writing and with good literary skills.

4. Familiar with B2B marketing and have successful cases; experience in marketing product packaging, with strong market sensitivity and the ability to grasp market dynamics and market direction; good at integrating and using various market resources, with market coordination ability and strong execution ability.
