AlfaBodY is a structure-based AI algorithm that designs novel antibody sequences — covering both framework regions and CDRs — from a given variable region. By integrating developability predictions from the AlfaDAX platform throughout the workflow, it typically requires only 3-5 rounds of dry–wet lab cycles to generate antibodies that are structurally distinct from the template and exhibit superior properties, including higher affinity, improved developability, and enhanced efficacy.


Boasting strong adaptability to difficult targets, AlfaBodY features closed‑loop dry‑wet iteration with a 3‑week cycle and high efficiency to screen superior molecules from fewer than 300 sequences, enabling PCC+ generation within 8 months. It mitigates CMC risks through co‑optimized developability assessment, provides comprehensive data packages including in vitro/in vivo data and stable cell line information, reduces clinical risks by aligning epitopes with validated template antibodies, and can potentially accelerate clinical development by bypassing Phase 2 trials.
